Nicolas Sheon has worked as an HIV test counselor at the Berkeley Free Clinic since 1993. He is now the Prevention Editor for HIV InSite. He is trying very hard to complete a dissertation in the Medical Anthropology Program at UC Berkeley, but as you can see he gets very distracted by things like organizing conferences, working groups, creating web pages, raising children, etc.
Sandrine Sheon, is a graphic designer living in the Midwest. She designed the confession booth and the Adam and Eve encountering the condom peddler. She also did much of the transcription of the counselor narratives.
Thanks to
The volunteers of
the Berkeley Free Clinic for serving as a constant source
of inspiration
and insight.
