A counselor describes a once-in-lifetime client she got soon after she had completed the Basic I counselor training. This is truly one that the state trainers could not even have imagined for one of their role plays. The counselor was able to get control of the session by carefully adjusting her body language and getting her client to open up. Despite her shock about the client's activities, she was able to make some suggestions about the risk of zoonotic disease transmission.
C: The other one that is hard for me to let go is the all-American girl, that was my first one with bestiality. She was very very hard, uhm, in the intake, very very stern, I felt like I was in a classroom being drilled on a test. She kept snapping questions at me, everytime I asked her something, she asked me something, I ask her something, she ask me something, and another counselor was sitting in with us, cause she was like during my first week or two and every question I asked I was like I got the feeling that she was trying to pull out some information from me but she was trying to verify that her information was correct, and I felt like she was a school teacher and uhm, she came, I'll never forget her.
She, you know I kept telling her, you know trying to get her comfortable. I was trying to get her comfortable to relax a little bit, and I just kept feeling like we weren't going to have a good session. You know, I just, I kept saying God this woman is, she's battling with me, and I said, uhm (.), I'm going to uhm (.), cause I wanted to get her some information about STDs, so I'm gonna step out the room to get you some STDs but I really stepped out to give myself almost a cleansing cause it was a battle with her. I mean I would say, for instance, what brings you here to get tested? Well I had unprotected sex. What do you mean by that? Uhm, everything I said she was going back and forth and I was like, damn, she feels like a teacher, you know I'm being drilled here, and he came out with me and he was like, damn, you know we both could feel it, I was like, don't you feel like she's drilling me?, and he's like yeah, and I said ok, I said ok, I just, I said I came to get this but I needed to get.
I needed to step back from her for a minute, so I went back in, I took a deep breath and uhm, I changed my positioning in the seat, and I changed my tone and I brought my tone down a couple of levels so that I could bring her back, so she was singingly following me, wanted to bring her down with me, cause I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with her, uhm, so she came down and then I started going over some of her risks, and that's when she revealed, and I tell you if there was any time my mouth wanted to hit the floor NOT because of what she said, but because of the person who was sitting in front of me, acting all holier than thou, and she was, out of all the clients I've still seen, she's the most wild client I've ever had, so she started describing what she did on the weekend, and, I had gotten through the form so she didn't do these things drunk, you know, but she was into, she say's well I'm into group sex and I think some of this was to shock me and I said well how many are in your group? Are your group men, cause I knew she was bisexual, her group men or your group just with men and yourself, females and yourself, men and females, you know, what exactly are you talking about.
And that's when she just started opening up, and she just started telling me about the animals, she told me about the serious group sex, they didn't even tell us this at the State, I mean she was with nine and ten men and then she would do that many with women, uhm, she was unaware whether condoms were being used all the time with all these encounters, her favorite thing was, her favorite thing was when she did mixed group sex was for a man to ejaculate and her to go right in and give a woman oral sex, and have the woman bear down and drop, I mean she was a classic State case, of everything they told us she had, she claimed to have done all of this when she described the animals, uhm having been in law enforcement and seeing some pictures of sex with animals, she had actually done it, you know some of these other people, you know I think somebody mentioned to me this last, uhm, this past Sunday, how did you know they're actually doing it, you know this woman had done it cause I have seen pictures of some of the stuff she was talking about, when we arrest, when we raided places, so she knew her stuff, and then she gives all this detail and I got, I can't, I see his face but.. his mouth was like, uhn, he was almost cause you know he was just like unbelievable, she was into slicing and cutting, she was into vampirism, she was into uhm, uhm, comatose sex, I mean she, this woman was into it, and she wasn't describing it like it was coming out of a textbook, she knew too much detail, she was definately into a lot of S&M, and you're sitting there thinking this woman looks like an all-American girl, and she's into some heavy stuff.
And then she says, BUT, I feel real stupid, and I said well why you feel stupid, I said was it all consent, do you know was there anything done to you you didn't like, or you know cause I do, talk to people about if you don't like it, da da da, and she was like, I feel so, I should feel stupid that I enjoy all these things that I enjoy doing, and I do it all unprotected or sometimes protected I don't know what they do, I said but you're on drugs, you're not drunk, you're not this, she says No but sex puts me in a state where I don't care what's going on, she says No I'm not drunk, I'm not on drugs when I'm doing this I just don't care what's going on, I just want to have the sex the way I want to have it.
C: And that's the one that will always stick in my mind because she just you know she just came in there Miss Prissy and when I got through that wall, it was like uhm, she ought to come do a talk to the State because she had done it all. She had gone to sex parties and the way she explained it to us she gets in this this state like a dream state and all she's doing is looking for an orgasm and I, you know I thought well maybe she's a nympho, she Oh no I get a lot of orgasm, I get them quick.
N: Uhm.
C: Now that's the one that sticks out, those two are the ones that I kind of always remember.
N: What had brought her in for testing though, what was the thing that .....
C: Status check. So she said, that same cliché, status check, but I needed to know what kind of status check and she says well, I had some sex I was concerned with, I'll never forget, she should have been concerned with all that sex she was having, specially the animals, and I talked to her a little more in depth about the animal sex, you know, some of the infections you can get from animal sex, uhm, what kind of protection was done with the animal sex, you know, were they clean, stuff like that, you know cause she was into big animals, the donkeys, goats, you know, she says she had her dog trained, you know does her dog go out, is her dog an indoor pet, is the dog an outdoor pet, you know all that stuff comes into play.
